Pet food imports only pay off once they sell. Our network of 900+ veterinary hospitals is ready.
Pet food in Thailand is regulated by the DLD (Department of Livestock Development). PartnerHub becomes the import license holder and connects distribution to veterinary hospitals after registration.

Frequently asked questions
What are the most common reasons for rejection?
01 Feed or supplement boundary error: The procedure depends on the category, so a wrong filing means starting over. 02 Incomplete quarantine and health document chain: If issue order and validity do not match, the filing is not accepted. 03 Label requirements not met: Thai wording and mandatory items need review. PartnerHub checks these first in the pre-filing completeness review.
Who applies for pet food registration?
Under Thai rules only a business registered in Thailand can be the license holder. PartnerHub becomes the holder and files the registration; your rights are set out in the contract.
What costs are there besides government fees?
The registration service fee, shown in the cost table above. Government fees and service fees are always shown separately, and costs such as translation or labels are itemised in advance.
What if some documents are missing?
We check completeness before filing. Missing items come back to you as a checklist, and for documents that need the manufacturer’s help we prepare the request wording. This is faster than refiling after a rejection.
How does renewal work?
The product registration has no expiry unless it is cancelled or withdrawn, so it is not renewed. What is renewed every year is the import license under PartnerHub; registrations can be cancelled after more than 2 years without imports, so we also manage the import record.
