> AnyVet Donates Microchips to Bangkok and Discusses Collaboration on Pet Welfare System
> Strengthening Public–Private Partnership for Pet Welfare Governance in Bangkok
On June 25, AnyVet, a veterinary healthcare startup, held a donation ceremony and strategic meeting
with the Veterinary Public Health Department of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) to
discuss cooperation on building a sustainable pet welfare system.
The event was attended by Sisathorn Iamsusot, Director of the Veterinary Public Health Department,
along with key officials from BMA. At the ceremony, AnyVet donated 10,000 microchips and 5 scanners
to Bangkok free of charge. The donation reflects the shared goal of establishing a sustainable,
data-driven pet welfare system.
Following the donation, both sides discussed specific collaborative plans including the development
of a smart pet management system utilizing microchip data, public campaigns to expand microchip
adoption, and awareness initiatives for pet owners. The two parties reaffirmed their commitment to
ongoing public–private partnership in support of pet welfare.
In particular, AnyVet will join as an official partner in the upcoming “Pet Registration KICK OFF Event”
jointly hosted by BMA and other partner organizations on August 2–3, where the company will provide
on-site microchipping and registration services in collaboration with Bangkok authorities.
A representative from AnyVet stated, “This collaboration with Bangkok marks the starting point of building
a pet welfare governance model that connects policy, technology, and field data. We will continue to work
with local governments and various organizations to create a sustainable pet welfare system.”
