AnyVet and BMA Collaborate at BKK EXPO 2025 to Promote Pet Microchipping and Registration
From May 15–18, 2025, pet healthcare startup AnyVet partnered with the Bangkok Metropolitan
Administration (BMA) to provide on-site pet microchipping and registration services at BKK EXPO 2025,
held at Benjakitti Forest Park Museum.
This year’s expo, themed “WE WORK, BKK WORK,” showcased Bangkok’s development progress over
the past three years and featured a range of interactive, citizen-focused programs. AnyVet joined the
event as an official BMA partner to support public awareness of the Animal Keeping and Release Control
Ordinance, which will take effect in 2026. The initiative also aimed to educate pet owners about the
importance of pet identification and protection.
Over the four-day event, approximately 58,000 visitors attended the expo. AnyVet’s booth attracted a
large number of participants, offering consultations and education on the pet registration system.
As a result, about 250 cats received free microchip implantation, and official registration documents
were issued on-site. This effort reflects AnyVet’s ongoing commitment to building a nationwide digital
pet registry, creating a more connected system for public health and urban administration.
An AnyVet spokesperson commented, “This wasn’t just about providing a service — it was a meaningful
step toward a data-driven pet welfare model that supports animals throughout their lives.
We’ll continue to work with public partners to build a stronger, more compassionate animal care
ecosystem.”
